Mobile: Option to change Add New Note in Quick Bar to Add to Jot

My suggestion in https://amplenote.featureupvote.com/suggestions/132907/mobile-add-jot-to-quickedit-on-bottom was shot down by the devs, probably since adding an "Add to Jot" button would make it more complicated. I still think it was a great idea since Jots is currently clunky in mobile.

Bill the Admin however did suggest that maybe the "Add New Note" button should be changed to "Add to Jot". I however disagree since this would probably disrupt the work flow of those who are using "Add New Note" as it is currently.

I therefore suggest a compromise: add an option in the Settings to change the "Add New Note" button to "Add to Jot" and vice versa.
