Email to AN - Tag notes using a syntax inside the mail subject field
I would like to send an email to Amplenote to one predefined address and that mail would create a new note. And then the possibility that you can Tag notes using a syntax inside the mail subject field. Well, to simplify: just like in Evernote. It's way more practical than every time you want to add a new note through the email you must go to AN, create a new note, get a new email address from that note, and then send it to it.

Lucian AdminHey Matjaž,
Check out this thread if you haven't already (I've merged your previous suggestion there):
https://amplenote.featureupvote.com/suggestions/25491/ability-to-accept-emails-as-notes
And check out this help page for info on how to create new notes with mail-to-note:
https://www.amplenote.com/help/mail-to-note#Mail-to-note_options
We will consider this a suggestion for tagging mailed notes directly from the mail contents. -

ChristinaI would like to support this feature. I do appreciate the function of mail-to-note, but it does not automate a tagging system. Right now I have a tag for my dedicated inbox, but it is missing the extra step of capturing into that tag.

David CurranDitto...being able to automatically tag new notes to a something like #inbox would group the new incoming notes nicely so I can process them in AmpleNote.
