Ability to force OCR (for web pasted images)

Some images just don't get OCRed for some reason, even though reuploading the exact same file OCRs it instantly.

Hey David, thanks for reporting this!

This is an issue with images pasted in Amplenote from a public URL. As you might have noticed, downloading an image locally and uploading it to a note fixes the OCR issue.

@Bill I marked this as "under consideration" because someone else reported this too recently.
