Shortcut to Open Note in New Browser Tab

In Notion, this is Cmd+Click or Cmd+Enter when searching using cmd+p(cmd+o in AmpleNote).

This is very helpful when managing multiple projects.

I like this idea a lot -- simple and high leverage. To be clear, is this option expected to be made available through the Quick Open dialog?

Originally I thought it would be great if it can also be on normal note as well. (even when not on dialog)
