Tasks item design: option to strip away grey background

It will be great to have an option to “turn off” the grey box/background for Task items. Keeping the “color” line indicator as element of most importance would be essential and enough.

Our current recommendation for tasks without gray backgrounds is to use bullets. Bullet items can have strikethrough applied with Ctrl-Space.

If bullets don't work for you, I think the best way to provide this feature would be through allowing a custom stylesheet to style note content. Pretty sure there is already a voting item for that, but feel free to create one if not :-)
