Better searching possibilities

- search only links and words with footnotes
- search inside footnotes
- regex searching will be great!

Searching inside footnotes should already be functional. For the other two, feel free to add them as comments to the main search task about supporting AND / OR in search (that's the one we're most likely to tackle first)
