Roamresearch import improvements

While importer works quite well, there is still room for some improvement, that would help streamlining the change:
1) mark all daily notes from roam with daily-jots tag on import
2) there is a "common practice" in roam to use #something as a substitute for keyword, Amplenote is already capable of removing links there, but it would be nice for to allow users to choose if they want to convert them to tags
3) timestamp imported notes (there is create time / edit time field in json)

Another point for this (vital to my workflow) is the ability to import PDF's like images....

I have a big swipe file of webpages in PDF form and would like to be able to see those easily inside Amplenote..
