Surround text with [ if text is highlighted and [ is pressed (like in Roam)

Being able to type [ to surround highlighted text with [ makes it easier to turn highlighted text into a tag

Hello Victor! Selecting text and pressing <Ctrl>-<[> will turn the highlighted text into a note link! More help on this:
