Allow to move lines of text, list items and tasks using the keyboard

E.g. move the current line one up using Alt+Up. To re-arrange text, lists and tasks.

Moving list items and task items up or down is done by using CTRL-SHIFT-UP and CTRL-SHIFT-DOWN on your keyboard.
