Automatically share all notes that are tagged with certain tags
Instead of sharing notes one by one with people, let me share a bunch of notes automatically based on the tags in the notes.
Example: I want to share a lot of notes with some of my family members. All the notes that are tagged with #family would automatically be shared with my chosen users for that tag.
This would technically be a workaround for the lack of workspaces and it's important function in collaboration with other people.

Magnus MergedRight now, the only thing that Amplenote is behind on, is collaboration with others. It's very tiring to have to share every single new note with someone that I collaborate daily with. I am looking for some way where I can assign an area of Amplenote to automatically have the notes and tasks in that area shared by other collaborators.
For me this is a huge step to where the tool can take off to become useful in running research projects and even as internal wikis in companies. Amplenote is a fantastic product but the collab features are way behind in an era where we collaborate more than ever before. -

Estelore MergedIt would be super useful if eventually there was a way to give 'guest user' permissions to view all notes, or notes filtered by specific tags, rather than sharing or publishing exactly one note at a time.
Ideally, it would be similar to Google Docs, with options for read-only "viewer" access, "commentor" access which can post comments to notes without editing notes, and "editor" access that tracks version history and shows who edited what.
Guest users could be "anyone with the link and passcode" or "owner of a specific e-mail only," and the actual owner of the Amplenote account would be able to restrict which tags they can view / comment / edit, and which ones are completely hidden from these guest users.
For my personal use case, being able to give view-only access to a whole set of tagged notes, or the entire notebook or calendar, would be amazingly helpful.
