Add "All-Day Events" section to Calendar

I wish:

- the Calendar had an "All-Day Events" section on the top (like in most calendar apps) and that ...

- the "All-Day Events" section was the calendar area that showed the tasks with the start date corresponding to that day BUT which have the "Any Time" option set in the task details.
