Ability to publish a note to only a specific list of emails

I want to share a note with a friend I'm giving feedback to. I don't want to give him access to my whole wiki, but I also don't want to publish the note publicly.

Hey there Kyle! Marking this as "Not planned" since I see no obvious difference between the existing per-email note sharing in Amplenote and what you are suggesting (other than requiring the targets to have an Amplenote account, which is not something we're likely to change soon).
