and convert it back to a task, you mean?

ctrl+/ already clears formatting, including strikethrough, but if you have bold/italic/underlined text you're thinking of doing this on, I can see why this might be useful. ctrl+space seems like a pretty valuable shortcut, though...yet another reason for the devs to make all shortcuts configurable.
