Toggle full width in Notes & Jots mode

One great thing about the ample-editor-app is the "Toggle full width" option, letting you switch between a narrower, centered editor and a full-width one (like the one in the live Amplenote editor).

I'd love for this option to exist in Amplenote web, especially since it drastically improves text readability and makes page structure more obvious.

@Robert it is a branch of the Amplenote editor that we use for testing new releases. It does not persist your data so it's not exactly usable.
