Shortcuts need to be modifiable on their own

The shortcut list under notes can not be parsed down if a project is complete and the tasks page is now gone. For example I had a project page that now is completed. Since this project was time sensitive I had this as a shortcut. After I deleted the tasks page with the tag there were no more notes with this tag. The tag still is maintained in the shortcut bar but now it can not be removed.

Isaiahyep, I have to always recreate a dummy note with the orphaned tag just so I can remove the shortcut
