Expand text editing options
It feels the text editor toolbar is limited from font type, style, size, to formatting paragraphs, etc. a bit of more "Word editing" tools to pretty-up our notes ability

Lucian Admin MergedHello Markus! I've marked this as "Not planned", since we're unlikely to pursue opportunities that stray away from Markdown guidelines or otherwise make anotes harder to export. For the foreseeable future, we would like it to be as easy as possible to export one's notes to a text-only format, so implementing support for text alignment will interfere with that, whilst also adding more complexity to the note editor.

Lucian AdminHey Patrick and thanks for your suggestion! Merged an existing suggestion for text alignment; my comment above explains why we choose not to implement these features.

Patrick LemayLucian - appreciate the feedback and understand the why. It's def not a must have but nice to have.
It's the whole making notes nice to read after the fact. -

Shocker FanWhy is the company's top goal to "Make it EASY to export notes"?? Do users do this constantly?? The irony is EN allows me much more note "decor" yet you encourage users to export EN notes into Amplenote. "THEY" somehow can do both.
The fact is many users base buying decisions on "emotion" and if "eye candy" is included in the user experience, you gain customers.
