Serendipity to get personal quotes or resurface ideas
Hi, I was a heavy user of Roam's serendipity JS extension to get daily inspirational quotes from my own blocks. I also had a neat little Roam Block that would resurface a random "Question to Ask Myself" so I could journal on it. This would be awesome functionality inside of native Amplenote.

Also see the "Serendipity Commands" Section here: https://roamjs.com/extensions/smartblocks/command_reference
All-in-all: I want some randomness inside of my tools :)

Adam ParmerJust wanting to update this as there has not been a lot of chatter or votes here. I did find a Serendipity workflow inside of Obsidian as well. I don't raise this to say that Amplenote should "copycat" features but I find being able to randomly pull information or blocks is extremely useful as I am brainstorming/journaling/looking for inspiration from my own curated thoughts and ideas.

Lucian AdminHey Adam! Thanks so much for the follow-up. I actually think this idea is excellent. When you first submitted your suggestion, I started working on a note describing some use cases and workaround for "randomness". I haven't been able to finish that note, due to other, more urgent tasks popping up. But here is a link to a partial documentation: https://public.amplenote.com/4saHsHBEQu41vJgkbPvFEJSA
Once I get to finishing those ideas, I will have a better idea of how this could take shape in Amplenote & hopefully I'll be able to contribute to this suggestion! -

Adam ParmerHey Lucian, I did notice the "Whatever" tab in the Task Sorting Options. I find that super helpful in utilizing the "Autofocus" system in task management (http://markforster.squarespace.com/autofocus-system/). I really like what you have pointed out with Task Domains, and copying and hiding for spaced repetition. Nicely done.
