Add a section in the details section of a task that allows a user to enter a comment with an automatic timestamp.
Use Case: I have a task that I'm waiting on an update from a team member who doesn't use Amplenote. This comment section would give me a place to add notes on the progress of that task until it's completed. (Yes, the rich footnotes could serve as a workaround, but it doesn't automatically timestamp the entry)
