Allow !move command to take note sections as destinations

For !move tasks, or extract to another note, it would be nice to use the # notation to select a heading to move it to, in a similar way to when you're inserting [[ links

It would save me having to separately go and tidy up all of the notes I'd moved things to

Yes this would be extremely helpful, as I use an task Inbox model and need to continually move items to project notes in specific headtings/sections
