Option to create a repeatable task "When task is complete" and not have to set the "Start At" field.

Have option to mark a repeatable task "When task is complete" and not have to set the "Start At" field. Currently, if the "Start At" field is not specified, the task is marked complete (forever) and does not repeat. This repeatable task option would enable the task to remain in the Task list after it has been marked complete, which can then be scheduled ad hoc when the user is ready to do so.
The reasoning behind this request is that not all tasks neatly fit into a regular schedule (e.g.. - every 2 days, Mon/Wed/Fri, etc.).
