An Agenda View for Calendar so you can see next x number of tasks/appointments rather than having to scroll in a time view.

Take a look at the Google Android app and the agenda view for what NOT to do :D
It looks like someone showed up with a flashy graphic and they just went with it, there is no way to disable the background images in the android app.
