Lucian AdminHey Christina! Can you please offer some details about how that integration might look? Thank you!

ChristinaI have included a link. This would be the workaround outside of Amplenote. https://wiki.neuracache.com/da5899e8b60c4f5fbd3c9e49aa6352e2

Lucian AdminApologies, Christina. Can you please explain the flow of the data in this integration? Namely, is anything exported from Amplenote and into NeuraCache or vice-versa? If so, what?

ChristinaI see, if it helps, when I used Evernote the integration involved tables and tags. Questions on one column, and answers on the other column. NeuraCache would recognize when to extract data by use of tags. I hope this is what you're looking for. Thank you

Lucian AdminThis helps somewhat, yes! Is there a video of the Evernote integration somewhere? Would love to take a look at it.

ChristinaI'll continue to locate a video, in the meantime I'll share this neauracache wiki featuring Evernote. https://wiki.neuracache.com/evernote-flashcards

Lucian AdminThat's useful!
Based on this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sbg1ViHFD0), it seems like NeuraCache needs to READ data from Evernote in order to display it as flashcards. If this is the type of integration we are talking about, then I'm afraid that's not gonna be possible in the near future.
That is because your Amplenote notes are encrypted and are almost never decrypted outside of your own devices (except for enabling sharing/publishing features). Also, the team doesn't plan to allow read access via the public API, which means an integration similar to the one Evernote has is not on the horizion.
Let me know if this makes sense. -

ChristinaYes it does, thank you. The alternative would be use spreadsheets. I hope Amplenote will be releasing tables, I believe that will make pasting into spreadsheets simpler?

Lucian AdminTables are indeed a planned feature! For what it's worth, you can recreate the "flashcard" experience in Amplenote by hiding the answer in a Rich Footnote and creating a recurring task.
