Have option "for this occurrence" and "for series" for recurring tasks

Allow users the option to edit recurring tasks for:
1) the one task only out of a recurring series, and
2) edit for the entire recurring series
Example: have option to allow user to select between changing duration of 1 task out of a recurring series or select changing the task duration for the entire series
