Add the option to have various chimes play when you check off big important tasks for a little extra dopamine hit to feel good.

Satisfying completion sounds - At first glance it might seem superficial, but it's not as it's backed by science and used a lot in gamification.
I too request this, it can be made optional in settings (win win) as it's helpful for productivity long term. A "ding" in itself is just a ding, but using a custom "ding" and associating it with completing a task is priming the mind for being productive - hence useful, and increase actions taken over a year etc.
it's just a ding - also it's an underestimated useful tool full of potential.
