Notes available offline on a phone

Note is available offline with all the files contained in the note, i.e. pictures and pdfs. I travel a lot and before I go on a trip I mark certain notes or notebooks to be fully available offline on my phone. This allows me to have them available without network coverage or wifi. Ideally this could be added by checking certain tags (e.g. #offline) to be fully available offline.
