Preserve task position when marking a completed task as uncompleted

If you complete a task, then from the "Completed" tab mark that same task uncomplete (by unchecking the task), the task will be placed at the bottom of the note.

This is especially problematic for task hierarchy, as a task's indentation is preserved but it's still returned to the bottom of the note. Meaning the task is now a child of a completely different task.

This problem also occurs if "Keep completed tasks inline" is active in the note. When a task is completed, it will change to a bullet with a strikethrough. And after unchecking in Completed tasks, it becomes a task again, but moved to the bottom of the note.
