Typewriter Scroll/Mode (Toggle on/off)

For Focused/Distraction Free Writing Experience.

Typewriter Mode is adds typewriter scrolling (current line stays at a fixed position on the screen), a highlight for the current line, dimming of unfocused paragraphs and more for the comfort of eye positioning, and distraction-free writing.
All features can be turned on or off individually and have various settings to customize their behavior to their liking. This can be moving the "focused" line higher or lower on screen based on percentage of height. Another is the ability to highlight entire paragraph or just the one line. Lastly, another is dimming the interface during focused mode, or minimizing the interface to increase the distraction free session & environment.
