Resizeable images when annotating (handwriting)

Annotating and handwriting in general is awesome in iPad, but If I import a picture (a common thing for example when following a lecture or maybe using a 3rd party “infinite” canvas app) it loads at the native resolution and cannot be resized.

The outcome is that a big picture will only show (for example) a corner at a time and you have to scroll through it.
