Seamless calendar time blocking (mobile device)

I want to be able to schedule tasks on the mobile app using time blocks (amplenote events) as my guide.

Problem is, on the mobile app, there is no space on the mobile calendar to: tap and easily select a time and add a new task because the event would overlap and be in the way.

For example:
*Event: Exercise (7 am - 8 am) -- Time Block
* Task: Total Body Essentials (7 am - 8 am)

Sometimes tasks have not already been created in a note and you want to create it via the calendar and use the time block as a guide

Suggestion: zoom mobile calendar out a bit OR make the width of events narrower, just like in desktop, to provide a little space on the side.
