Export customization options

Add the ability to customize settings on export to include options that would allow the exported files to be read more easily in other markdown tools. This should include the option to have internal links exported enclosed in double brackets [[Title]] in the markdown file (they currently export as Markdown links in format of [ Title] (filename)).
