  I realize this is mostly on Readwise's list, since you provide the API, but the workflow options of having Kindle and other highlights flow through Readwise to Roam or AmpleNote is really slick.

  +1 This would be a huge improvement for the whole knowledge & reading experience:
  
  1. discover content
  2. save it to instapaper
  3. read it later and mark important things
  4. collect all marks from kindle & instapaper with readwise
  5. import readwise content to amplenote
  6. work with this content in amplenote

  Have just moved over to Amplenote from Roam as wanted a more unified notes/tasks/calendar platform and one that meets my company’s ISO27001 security needs inc. SSO and 2FA.
  
  Missing the Readwise integration I had with Roam as like many, Readwise is the hub through which my highlights from Kindle, Instapaper and other sources are captured and stored.

  An additional vote for Readwise. I watched a few videos from Shu Omi and considered this tool. However, the absence of Readwise, or an equivalent, unfortunately, is a blocker.

  Agree. This is a major disruption in my work flow. So now it's Readwise to Roam, then copy and paste my highlights into Amplenote . No bueno.

  Agreed! Please implement this change to Amplenote, would make the whole note-taking process so much simpler and would encourage me to upgrade my Amplenote account. Probably one of the main reasons holding me back tbh. Take care and happy writing everyone :)
