Implement account-wide setting to enable 'default reminder'

As with other to-do-list and task management apps and systems, to implement a default account-wide setting (if a user so wishes): That every task created should auto-default to 'set a reminder'. Every task should auto-default to have task reminder set. (And we would need to turn-off the reminder for a task that doesnt need a reminder (as opposed to turning on the task's that do need it).

I would suggest to modify this request to give the user 3 options in the settings: to not set standard reminders, to always set standard reminders, and to set a standard reminder (at the time the task is due) only when a task has a start time. For example, I don’t want the app to notify me of all the tasks set for today without a specific time, but usually when I set a time in addition to the date, the task is time-sensitive so I need the reminder.
