More persistent Navigation Tab on mobile.

The navigation tab on mobile is great but it's only available after you open the have more switch taps and disappears as soon as you scroll.

I'm not sure what the best solution is but maybe it appears after you scroll up X pixels or reach the top of the screen?

I would like to add, it could maybe work with gestures, that will make thinks prettier and faster because of muscle Memory
