Allow creating notes with attachments from IFTTT

Currently the IFTTT integration only allows creating text notes and tasks.
The capability to also add attachments to a new or existing note would e.g. enable scan workflows via cloud storage.
Additional tagging functionality would be nice to have, but very helpful.
