Make use of Excalidraw for sketching, diagrams and flow charts

Excalidraw is a free to use sketching tool that can be integrated into the app. Slite does this very well as does Obsidian (via a plugin).

Sketches (using shapes, connectors and text) can be viewed and edited on any platform. This is a more comprehensive and universal approach to sketching and flow charting in app.
