Collapse 'Shortcuts' and 'Tags' lists in the sidebar

Implement click on 'Shortcuts' and 'Tags' lists headings in the sidebar to hide/reveal (collapse) the content lists of both shortcuts and tags.
Long lists of shortcuts and tags make access to "Archived" or "Deleted" a long scroll to the bottom. Enabling collapsible shortcut and tag lists in sidebar will alleviate this issue.
