Show local iPhone and iPad calendar events in calendar view

My employer only allows exchange sync of my work calendar through vmware, so the local iPhone and iPad calendars are synched but I cannot sync my calendar with a random application. However, both TickTick and the calendar app I use (calengoo) are able to read and display items from the local iPad and iPhone calendars, so on the mobile apps I can still use the calendar view to schedule tasks.
Could you add (read-only) synchronization with the local iPad and iPhone app? Then I would gladly get a paid subscription for the calendar functionality.
