Create a full cylce of "no bullet point" > "bullet point" > "task" with ctrl + shift

Currently, you can add a bullet point to a line by using ctrl + shift. By using the same keys, it can be changed to a task. Pressing crtl + shift again just reverts the task to a bullet point. If you want to remove the bullet, e.g. to turn the line in to a heading, you have to manually delete the point.
