Read only mode button on mobile

This is one of the features i really liked about obsidian. When I'm not writing or editing notes, i would like an app wide button easily accessible to disable or enable any editing to notes and enable a read-only mode.

The reason is that on mobile, when I'm scrolling through a note to actually use it and read and click on things, it often opens the keyboard annoyingly and it really disrupts the workflow.

I'm attaching an image of how it is implemented in obsidian.
