Link to Notes via Amplecap browser extension button

This feature should be standard for browser extension buttons, but few ever implement it. When clicking on the Amplecap logo at the top of a browser window, in addition to its capture functions, it should offer a link to one's Amplenote Notes. In other words, shortcut to Notes with no capture.
