Drag-and-drop functionality for ordering tags in the left sidebar

Currently, Amplenote users cannot rearrange tags in the left sidebar using drag-and-drop. Implementing this feature would greatly improve usability and make tag management more intuitive. Instead of relying on workarounds, users could simply reorder tags as needed, ensuring better organization and a more efficient workflow.
