Make the default start time for tasks configurable

  Have you tried entering these directly in the task's description? That is, without using the "!start" command?

  An alternative fix here would be reading the time from the date string. e.g.:
  - "tomorrow at 10am"
  - "next tuesday at noon"

  @Matthew, this is already possible. Have you tried entering natural language that describes dates in the task description?

  @Lucian, i've tried a few variations (with the !start shortcut) and the time is always set to 9:00 am.
  
  Attempt -> Result
  
  - "Today at 6pm" -> Today, Aug 23 9:00 am
  - "Today at 6" -> Today, Aug 23 9:00 am
  - "Today @ 6pm" -> Today, Aug 23 9:00 am
  - "Today at 6:00pm" -> Today, Aug 23 9:00 am
